Managing our customers’ services direct
We are now providing shared ownership services to you, our customers, direct. We’re delighted to be partnering with you and supporting you on your home ownership journey.
We’re committed to providing you with a high quality of service and have taken on providing your services ourselves so we can be closer to you and understand your needs more thoroughly.
This change won’t mean any increase in your costs. Our Customer Scrutiny Panel, made up of Sparrow customers, is already in action. They review what we do and give us valuable feedback.
We’re so excited to start working with you to provide your services, making sure you have a home and a community that you’re proud of.
Any outstanding issues?
Sage will complete any communal repairs you’d already reported but for all other enquiries, including antisocial behaviour and complaints, we’ve picked these up. If you haven’t heard anything by 2 June, please get in touch with us.
